After the hair incident yesterday, we attempted to buzz Atrion's hair. He did not like that one bit. To top it off, he is sick. He's got a head cold and you can see in his sweet little eyes that he doesn't feel good. So, his cut was very uneven and patchy, and so we had to do it AGAIN this morning. That really just made him even more mad at us. So, we went to Walmart and got him a little Elmo doll and book to make up for it. That seemed to help a little. Every time he touches his head though, he jerks his hand back as if he was bitten and says "Oh, sorry! Oh, sorry" and looks very sad and worried like he did something wrong. Poor kid. Here are some picks of his new "do".

He has been playing through his naps lately and nothing we do will get him to sleep. Until, that is, we let him out of his room and he snuggles with dad.

This picture is so sad to me. Atrion just looks miserable with his cold, and I look wretched because...well that's just how I look these days. It's too hot for makeup and excessive hair-doing.

It breaks my heart that he says "sorry" when he didn't do anything wrong. Today Carter told me, "Atrion stood so still for his haircut. He was such a good boy." I said, "Carter don't you ever, ever cut his hair or your hair again!"
Now Atrion is back in the concentration camp...poor boy. We owe him a treat too. I need to come snuggle him.
POOR KID give him loves for me
I have that same hairdo as him on the back of my head. Of course, mine naturally does that. Sorry he's not feeling well. Thank goodness he has awesome parents taking care of him! I hope he gets better soon.
