Unless

Ya know what would be wonderful? If I had a house in the middle of nowhere without any roads that go by. You can only get to it by horse drawn carriage. That way, I never have to listen to anyone's stupid (I repeat...STUPID) music with their stupid bass and their stupid stupidness. Stupid. I hate bass.

On a totally different note. Look what I did today!

This is what our table was before:

And this is what the "new" chairs looked like before:

I still have one more to do but I am proud of the way these turned out:

We got a bunch of new stuff from Laura too due to her decluttering for her move. So I spent a goodly portion of the day pulling out staples and nails in the chairs, and restapling them with much cuter fabric, hanging up new decorations, and rearranging Atrion's room and the back room. Phew! What a day. I still have that one chair to do because it started to get a bit windy. Plus, the last chair's previous owner decided to glue the cushion to the frame. I will need some serious elbow grease for that.

After Atrion had a nap he woke up so grumpy. It probably took him an hour to actually stop crying and then after that another haif hour to convince him to put pants on. But put on pants we did. And then we went to see "The Lorax". He had a blast. I got to munch on some Bunch-a-crunch and some popcorn. He loves the fold down seats because he almost gets folded up in them but at the last second he lurches forward. It was pretty cute.
I think I have learned from Laura that I gush over him a little too much. Everything he does melts my heart. Well, screaming, whining, and pooping aside. Oh and shooting me in the face with a Green Lantern gun. That does not provoke melting.
Anyway, I probably won't stop gushing. So get used to it. Here's some cute pictures:

Also, the title of my blog is a reference to "The Lorax". Go see it. It's awesome. And the songs are so good.
