A Series of Lists

I am a list maker. I enjoy making grocery lists, play lists, to-do lists, etc. So here is a series of lists since I am not in the mood to write complete sentences.

Things that Stress me OUT:
*EvErYtHiNg

My bad stress habits:
*chew on my cheek, inner lip, and tongue. (Literally, they are destroyed when I am stressed. But it's inside my mouth so you could never see. Atrion, on the other hand, picks at his lip. After we got him off the bink, he started doing that to relieve stress. I thought it was funny that he did that because it's so close to what I do.)
*Oversleep
*Go for the gummie bears and candy bars and cookies and donuts. I am a stress eater.
*Complain
*Bite my nails. Drives Cody bonkers. I have been doing better though.
*My jaw tends to tense up, so I end up cracking and popping it a lot. Not good.
*Caffeinate (as in drink it)
*Shop...*sigh* So bad.

How I have been relieving stress lately:
*Exercise
*Icing my muscles
*massage my neck and jaw
*watch a good show
*Stretch
*Take Rescue Remedy
*Listen to music

I got a fever blister from being stressed. Not good. I need to de-stress everyday to avoid this because I am prone to these. It's a curse really.

About Atrion:
Favorite show of the moment: The Iron Giant (makes me tear up every time I watch it)
New Thing: He loves listening to his Veggie tales CD in the car and gets excited whenever I say we have to go somewhere. He says "Oh okay, Watch veggie tales in new car." Even though he's just listening to it, I think he replays the movies in his head. He even knows almost all of the words and I finally have heard my sweet boy's singing voice. Bless you, Veggie tales. Bless you.
Favorite toy: Blocks
Friends: Carter and Sophie.

He has also:
*learned how to ride a tricycle
*learned to count to 17
*learned his shapes
*become a technology aficionado
*realized he is hilarious and therefore cracks jokes all day long
*started hating baths (What?!...I wonder who gets that from.)
*been super cuddly and sweet ("What's wrong, Mommy?" "You ok?" "I kiss it better" "Want Snuggles" "I love oo". Those delicious sorts of things.
*memorized Green Eggs and Ham, Daddy style. (Daddy style is where Cody, instead of reading the whole long spiel about "would not in car...house...box...fox...etc" every time he says "NO!". Get's a laugh and squeal out of Atrion and he loves it.
Atrion took that picture of himself.

Things I love About Cody:
*He likes me for me (Say, isn't that a song?)
*He makes me dinner and does the dishes AND takes the garbage out.
*He snuggles with me.
*He lets me sleep in when I really need it.
*He doesn't care if the house is a mess as long as we are all happy and cared for.
*He puts up with my craziness.
*He is a fantastic writer.
*He is hott. Two t's are needed to express his utter hottness.
*His beard.
*The straightness of his nose. (Yes, I'm weird, but it's beautiful).
*The way he gets a hole in the right knee of every pair of pants. We still don't know why.
*His pointy elbows.
*His sarcasm and sense of humor.
*He is an amazing Dad.
*He is a worthy Priesthood Holder.
*He married me in the Temple.
*His vocabulary.
*His funny t-shirts
*His pants on the towel hooks.
*His Batman toothbrush.
*His Ninja Turtle pillow case.
*His sense of family and loyalty.
*His ability to create (delicious meals, savory sentences, beautiful mini's, clever ideas, and gorgeous children)
*His glasses
*The fact that Atrion has a bookshelf in front of his window as protection despite my protests that it isn't "zen".
*He is my hedgehog.
*He loves me. And it's awesome.
I think we've come full circle.
