For the past week or so, I have been making a list before I go to bed of all the good things I accomplished during my day. The point of this exercise is so I focus on good things and try to destress, since, by nature, I tend to stress a lot about insignificant things like laundry, or buying ANOTHER tube of chapstick (I just couldn't help it, I am an addict). I also feel like I don't accomplish much in a day and it tends to depress me, so by making this list I am able to actually calculate how I did and set a goal for the next day. Instead of doing this list on my notebook paper, I am going to try and do it on my blog.
*Stayed home ALL day (aka...didn't spend any money, which is great)
*Watched a show with Atrion and Cody
*Caught up on laundry
*Watched nephew Carter for a few hours (He's hilarious)
*Relaxed for the whole day(besides laundry) and enjoyed every minute of my family
*Read "Heckedy Peg" to Atrion
*Ate two meals as a family at the table
*Read scriptures
*Prayed as a family and individually
*Had lots of Atrion snuggles and kisses and hugs
*Played tools with Atrion
*Tracked my WW points honestly even though I felt like lying, which no one would ever know but me and no one would ever care but me so I didn't lie
*Organized charger cords (Thank goodness, cords drive me crazy)
*Took out the garbage
*Checked the mail
Goal for tomorrow:
*Get trailer Rent Ready! (Painted, electrical problems fixed, sink fixed, bug bombed)
*Eat healthy snacks instead of gummy worms :)
*Study

This is good! You should be proud of how much quality time you spent with Atrion. You're a wonderful mom.
Okay...so I need to start doing this . I am going to do "3 Good Things From Today".
Thanks...and good job honestly tracking our points. :)
