Unfortunately, the symptoms didn't hit me until an hour before my husband and I were supposed to go on our date. A date that has been put on the back burner for months due to child care difficulties. I made a decision: We are going on a date, Dammit!
So, Laura came and watched Atrion and once Cody got off work we headed to Pho Vietnam.
Yesss.....
This is called Pho. It is the most delicious soup in the entire world. This stuff was authentic too. Cody told me. And he knows everything. I love him. :) Anyway, about the soup. It's beef noodle soup with rice noodles, cilantro, jalepeno, mint leaves, lemongrass?, green onions, very thinly sliced beef, fresh bean sprouts, a squeeze of lemon, some hoisin sauce, and hot sauce. It's heaven and made my head and tummy feel better. As did the diet Pepsi. Mmmm...caffeine.
Yeah...It's that good.
I started to get a little bit of a fever whilst enjoying the delicious soup and Vietnamese soap operas, so we decided to cut the date short. But not before I got some more cupcakes.
I had to get a picture of the iBank and the Worldspice tower. I will miss living in a big city.
You can say it...We are adorable. I'm gonna go take some Nyquil and crash.

That Pho looks yummy! I need to try it! And you guys are cute! Good job.
Well, anniversary was special. We have tried to make every Thursday our "date night" and this is the first time we have actually gone out on a date for date night. I guess I should have clarified. :)
