When the dog bites....

I told Laura that I would do a post of my favorite things. I think that was three days ago and I am just now remembering to do so.

My favorite things don't change all that often but here are a few of my most favorite things right after family, friends, the Gospel, and my testimony. :)

My Kindle. Right now I have about 300 books on it and it has the capacity to hold 1200 more. I even have a few games on it. I love that you can share books now, even with someone who doesn't have a kindle. I use it for my book club and everyone just downloads the book to their computer or iTouch to read it.

Speaking of iTouch...that's my next favorite. I use this portable device to check my email, facebook, rule Bejeweled Blitz, google random factoids, and play games galore! I just love it. Plus, I have all my favorite songs on it.

I have been in a very crafty/cooky mood lately. I enjoy looking at people's blogs to come up with new ideas and twists on the same old things. Which is why my next favorite is a two in one: craftgawker.com and foodgawker.com. These sites have a bunch of thumbnail pictures streamed in from millions of people's blogs. You can quickly browse until something sparks your interest and you have access to that person's blog with the tutorial or recipe. Love it!

The next thing is a deliciously sweet smelling lip balm from C.O. Bigelow. It smells like blueberry lemonade and reminds me of summer. Plus, it works flawlessly. Bath and Body works is always having a buy 2 get 1 free and I always take them up on that. Well, not ALWAYS...but when I run out I do.

Next is my bed. I LOVE my bed! I never want to leave it. I have comfy pillows, comfy sheets, comfy comforter, comfy mattress with a comfy mattress topper. Also, the handsome guy laying next to me isn't so bad either ;). My bed became complete once I got this mattress topper:

I have been working part time for Dr. Randall who is a chiropractor in Pocatello. He is amazing at what he does and really takes the time to educate his patients. I got care while I was working there and it has helped releive so much of the daily discomforts I just thought were normal. My headaches have completely disappeared, my IBS is minimal if at all, my normally achey hips and legs are just fine, and my TMJ is nonexistent...well the pain in my TMJ that is. I also have been in a better mood and haven't gotten the flu and strep that everyone else seems to be getting. (Knock on wood) I like holistic healing and not just popping pills to keep away the pain. Chiropractic is awesome.

Lastly, my favorite things are trailers. I love trailers. They are cheap. They are easy to maintain. And I can rent them out for the same price as a house or apartment. You might see something else when you look at a trailer, but I see dollar signs.
